Synthetically Generated Imagery (SGI)
Some visuals on this website are synthetically generated imagery—created with generative AI tools—not traditional photographs of real people, places, or events.
Why we disclose this
We label AI-created visuals so visitors can tell marketing graphics from authentic photos. This supports transparency practices for synthetically generated content (including emerging AI Act-style labelling expectations for synthetic media that could appear authentic).
How we label SGI on this site
- A compact visible AI mark on each synthetically generated image (links here for the full statement—we do not repeat a long caption on every asset)
- Alt text that states the image is synthetically generated when the image is not decorative
- Machine-readable HTML markers (
data-sgi="true",data-ai-generated="true") - Site footer notice with a link to this page
- An inventory file at
/sgi-manifest.json
Current SGI assets
/images/hero-houston.jpg— stylized Houston skyline mood image (not a documentary photo)/images/texture-network.jpg— abstract network / technology texture
What is not SGI
-
Official brand logos in
/brand/(for examplelogo-on-light.png/logo-on-dark.png/icon-on-light.png/icon-on-dark.png) — company identity assets - Service tile / UI decorations that use CSS gradients only (no AI image files)
